2. Event Ticket Purchases and Access
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon purchase, you receive a digital ticket via email. You must present valid ID and the ticket for entry. Tickets are non-transferable unless specified.
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for eligible events, minus a processing fee. Cancellations by organizers may qualify for full refunds. Chargebacks are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers must provide accurate event details and ensure compliance with local laws. They are responsible for event execution and any refunds if the event is canceled.
5. Platform Limitations and Liability Disclaimer
Necta Tickets is not liable for event changes, acts of God, or third-party issues. We provide the platform as-is, without warranties. Use at your own risk.
6. Fraud Prevention and Misuse
Fraudulent activities, including scalping or fake tickets, are prohibited. We monitor transactions and reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may appeal terminations via support.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
